What can I submit?
You can share text, audio, video, and photos. Many people simply write a letter-style message. Others record a short video or send a voice note and a few meaningful photos. We work with what feels most natural to you.
Do I need to record audio?
No. If you prefer not to record your own voice, you can write your message instead. Narration is included and can be handled for you.
Who can view my message?
Only the people you share your private link with can view your Videogram. There are no public galleries or feeds.
How long is it stored?
Messages are stored for the long term as part of your Videogram archive. If storage policies change in the future, we will contact you in advance with options.
Can I make multiple messages?
Yes. You can create as many Videograms as you like. Many people start with one and later add collections or a legacy series.
What’s your refund policy?

What can I submit (text, audio, video, photos)?
You can submit written text, recorded audio, recorded video, and photos. Many people: • Write a letter-style message and add 3–10 photos. • Record a short video or audio note and share a few meaningful images. We shape these pieces into a calm, cinematic video that feels like a keepsake, not a social media clip.
Do I need to record audio?
You do not need to record audio if you don’t want to. If you’re more comfortable writing, you can simply type your message. Narration is included in every Videogram, so your words will still be spoken clearly in the finished video.
How is narration handled?
Narration is handled with care. Your words are read in a clear, steady voice designed to be easy to follow for all ages, including seniors. If you record your own voice, we use that as the heart of your Videogram and support it with gentle sound and imagery.
Can I edit after submitting?
You can usually make small changes before the final version is confirmed—for example, fixing a name spelling or adjusting a line of text. For larger changes after a video is completed, an updated Videogram may require an additional message credit. We’ll explain your options clearly before you decide.
Who can view my message?
Only the people you choose. Each Videogram is delivered through a private link. You decide who receives that link—family, friends, or specific members of a care team. There are no public profiles or follower lists.
How do private links work?
Once your Videogram is ready, you receive a unique private link. You can copy and paste that link into an email, text message, or printed card. Anyone with the link can watch, and you can stop sharing by deleting or changing the link if needed.
How long are messages stored?
Messages are stored for the long term as part of your Videogram archive. If we ever need to change how storage works—because of technology, cost, or policy shifts—we will contact you in advance and share clear options such as downloading, extending, or transferring your archive.
Can I download or keep a copy?
Download and long-term copy options are part of our archive planning. Final details are still being set: <<POLICY TBD>>. Our goal is for families and institutions to be able to keep important messages in a format that lasts.
Is Videogram social media?
No. Videogram is not social media. There are no public feeds, no likes or comments, and no ads. It is closer to a private letter or a family film—built to be shared gently, not broadcast widely.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
Videogram is designed for people who don’t spend much time online. Instructions are written in plain language, steps are short, and buttons are large and clearly labeled. A family member or staff member can also help you submit your message if that feels easier.
What about accessibility for seniors?
We use larger type, clear contrast, and simple layouts. Videos are created with steady pacing, legible text, and clear narration. Where possible, we avoid rapid movement or distracting effects, so the focus stays on the message itself.
Can institutions manage multiple residents or messages?
Yes. Institutional plans are built for multiple residents and families. Staff can help residents create messages, organize them by person or program, and share them with families using private links. We work with you to keep the process clear and dignified.

Refund Policy
Videogram is used for sensitive, often emotional messages. This policy is written to be clear, fair, and compassionate.

1. What qualifies for a refund
- Billing errors — for example, if you were charged the wrong amount or charged more than once for the same message.
- Failed delivery — if we are unable to deliver a working link to your completed Videogram and we cannot reasonably fix the issue.
- Unusable output — if the final video has serious technical problems (for example, no sound, missing sections, or severe visual errors) and we are unable to correct them within a reasonable time.
In many cases, we will first offer to fix or recreate the Videogram. If we cannot deliver a result that is usable and aligned with what was described, a refund may be offered.
2. Non-refundable scenarios
Videogram messages involve custom work. Once that work is completed, certain situations are generally not refundable:
- Change of mind after a completed custom rendering, when the Videogram works as described.
- Preference changes about style, wording, or emotional tone after the message has been approved and finished.
- Delays in watching or sharing a message when the delivery link has been provided and is functional.
However, if you feel something is truly wrong or your situation is sensitive (for example, a bereavement or medical change), please reach out. We will review each case with care.
3. How to request a refund
